Fynca Cancellation and Refund Policy

Version 1.0 · Last updated: June 14, 2026

Your contract for the Service is with Brainhood Ltd. (company no. 517324679), Tel Aviv, Israel. Fynca US, Inc. handles payment processing only (via Stripe) and is not your contracting party. Full contact details are in Section 10. Incorporated into the Terms of Service.

1. Summary

You can cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. All sales are final and we do not provide refunds for amounts already paid, except as expressly set out in this Policy or where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise. The only voluntary exception is cancellation during a free trial (Section 8). Your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer (including in Israel, the EU/EEA and the UK) are unaffected and prevail over anything else in this Policy.

Usage allotments and immediate supply. Every tier - including the free tier and each paid plan - includes a monthly allotment of AI messages/interactions that you can send to our AI models (the "usage credits"). Higher plans include larger allotments and are priced accordingly. Each message you send is processed by third-party AI models and incurs a real, immediate cost to us that cannot be reversed once incurred. Your monthly allotment is made available to you in full at the start of each billing period, is intended for use during that period, and is consumed as you use the Service; allotments do not roll over unless we say so. Because this is digital content that is supplied and consumed immediately, by subscribing and starting to use the Service you expressly request that supply begins immediately, and you acknowledge that once supply has begun you lose any right of withdrawal or cancellation to the extent permitted by the mandatory law applicable to you. We do not meter, audit or refund based on the number of messages, credits or tokens actually consumed, and refunds are not calculated on a pro-rata time basis.

2. How to cancel

  • In the app: Settings → Subscription → Cancel subscription (available to all users; for EU/EEA consumers this easy-cancellation function is provided as required by law).
  • By email: support@fynca.io from your account email, stating that you wish to cancel. For Israeli consumers, cancellation notices may also be given by any means provided under the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981.

We will confirm cancellation in writing. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan remains active until the end of the period already paid, unless a statutory cancellation under Sections 4–5 applies.

3. Auto-renewal and reminders

Price changes. Price changes apply going forward only, from your next renewal at the earliest. We notify you at least 30 days before any price increase takes effect and remind you that you may cancel before it applies. If you do not cancel before the effective date, continued use constitutes acceptance of the new price. This is consistent with Section 21 of the Terms of Service.

Renewal reminders. Your subscription renews automatically at the price and cycle disclosed at checkout until you cancel, and your renewal date and price are always available in your account. Monthly plans renew without a separate advance reminder. For annual plans, we send you a reminder 30 days before each renewal, stating the renewal date, the price that will be charged, and how to cancel.

4. Israeli consumers - statutory cancellation (remote sale)

If you are a consumer in Israel and subscribed online (a "remote sale transaction"), the following applies. Your plan provides information and digital content that is supplied and consumed immediately (a monthly allotment of AI messages/interactions made available to you in full at the start of the period). We consider that such immediately-supplied information falls within the exceptions to the statutory cancellation right under the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 (including the exception for "information" as defined in the Computers Law, 5755-1995), so that the 14-day remote-sale cancellation right does not apply to it. Without derogating from the above and to the extent the cancellation right is nonetheless found to apply, you may cancel within 14 days from the date of the transaction or from receipt of the disclosure/confirmation document, whichever is later; and for consumers who are senior citizens, new immigrants or persons with disabilities, the period is four months where the transaction included a conversation with us (including electronic communication).

Where a statutory cancellation right is found to apply, we will refund the payment within 14 days of notice, less the maximum permitted by law: (a) a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the transaction price or NIS 100, whichever is lower, where the cancellation is not due to a defect, non-conformity or our breach; and (b) the full value of the information and digital content already supplied to you. Because the entire monthly allotment of AI messages/interactions is made available to you in full and immediately at the start of the billing period, that digital content is treated as supplied in full upon its provision; its value is deducted in full and is not calculated on a pro-rata basis by reference to days elapsed or messages actually used. In practice this means that, except where cancellation is due to a defect, non-conformity or our breach (in which case the full amount is refunded with no cancellation fee), little or no amount is refundable once supply has begun. Refunds, if any, are made to the original payment method.

5. EU, EEA and UK consumers - 14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw from the subscription contract within 14 days of entering into it, without giving any reason. We respect this right and the related information rights in full. However, your plan supplies digital content that is not on a tangible medium - a monthly allotment of AI messages/interactions and their AI outputs. The law allows this right of withdrawal to be lost for such digital content where three conditions are met: (i) you expressly request that supply begins immediately; (ii) you acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once supply begins; and (iii) we provide confirmation of the contract. At checkout we obtain your express request and your acknowledgment, and we send you confirmation. Accordingly, once supply begins (which happens as soon as your allotment is made available to you), your right of withdrawal is extinguished and no refund is due.

Service treatment (fallback). If, exceptionally, your subscription were treated as the supply of a service rather than digital content, and you asked us to begin immediately and acknowledged the consequences at checkout, then if you withdraw within the 14 days you owe an amount for what was already supplied. Because your full monthly allotment is made available immediately at the start of the period, it is treated as supplied in full upon provision, so the amount payable is the full price; this is not calculated on a pro-rata time basis. Nothing in this Section removes your right to be informed of the withdrawal right, to receive the model withdrawal form, or to any non-waivable remedy for digital content that is defective or not as described.

To withdraw, use the Cancel function, email support@fynca.io, or use the model withdrawal form in the Annex. Renewals of ongoing subscriptions after the initial contract are not new contracts for withdrawal purposes, except where local law provides otherwise.

6. Other jurisdictions

If, and only to the extent that, the mandatory consumer law of your country grants you cancellation or refund rights that cannot be waived by contract, those rights apply - and only to that minimum extent. In all other cases Section 1 applies: cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, all sales are final, and amounts already paid (including for any unused or partially used monthly allotment of AI messages/interactions) are not refunded, because the allotment is digital content made available and supplied to you in full at the start of the period.

7. Refunds we initiate

If we permanently and entirely discontinue the Service during a paid period, we will refund the proportionate prepaid amount for the unused remainder. We may change the Service prospectively - including the underlying AI models, providers, features, the size of the monthly allotment of AI messages/interactions, the pricing of plans, and the mix of models and approaches we use - with advance notice as described in Section 3, and your right to cancel before such a change takes effect. Such prospective changes do not constitute a discontinuation and do not give rise to any refund, including any refund for messages or credits already made available or used, provided the core purpose of your plan remains available; your remedy if you do not accept a change is to cancel before it takes effect. If a charge was made in error or in breach of these terms, contact support@fynca.io and we will correct it.

8. Trials, downgrades and account deletion

Free trials are the only case in which you can avoid a charge by cancelling: cancelling before the trial converts stops the conversion charge in full. Once a paid period begins, Section 1 applies and no refunds are given. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal, with no partial-period refunds. Deleting your account does not by itself cancel a paid subscription - cancel first; deletion of data after account closure is described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your card issuer - most issues are resolved faster by support@fynca.io. We reserve the right to suspend accounts associated with unfounded chargebacks, subject to applicable law.
