What can Chatsight actually do?

Chatsight is the AI built into your canvas. It works from the material you connect to it: filings, charts, and notes. Ask what changed between two quarterly reports, what a chart is showing, or which risks a 10-K flags. Its answers are AI-generated, so check anything important against the primary source.

How do I invite a friend to my board?

Open Share on any board and send an invite or copy a link. Your friend lands on the same canvas you are looking at. Make them an editor to build with you (nodes, wires, notes) or a viewer to follow along; you stay the owner. You see each other’s cursors and edits as they happen, comment on any node, and mention each other when you want a second pair of eyes.

I’m new to investing. Can I use this?

Yes. Ask Chatsight plain-English questions like "what does P/E mean?" or "summarize the key risks in this 10-K" and it explains using the filings and charts on your board. The Free plan lets you learn at your own pace, with no credit card needed.

Where does Fynca get its data?

From licensed market-data providers, exchanges, and public sources such as SEC EDGAR filings. The data is licensed for use inside Fynca, so the providers’ terms apply.

How fresh is the data, and why might a price differ from my broker?

Every plan charts 1-minute intraday candles that update during market hours. Prices in Fynca are indicative research data, not execution prices: some values may be delayed or derived, and providers differ on venues, timestamps, and split or dividend adjustments. So a price can differ slightly from what your broker shows.

Where can I use Fynca?

Fynca runs in your web browser, with nothing to install. Desktop app for macOS (Apple silicon and Intel); Windows is coming soon.

Does Fynca give investment advice?

No. Fynca is an informational, educational, research, and analytics tool. We are not an investment adviser, broker-dealer, exchange, portfolio manager, or financial planner. Nothing in Fynca, including Chatsight’s answers, is a buy, sell, or hold recommendation, and your investment decisions are yours alone.

Will my data and trade ideas stay private?

Yes. Canvases are private unless you choose to share one. Your data is encrypted in transit and in storage, and access inside Fynca is limited to the people who need it to run the service. We never sell your canvases or trade ideas.

Do you train AI models on my canvases?

No. Fynca does not train models on your canvases or prompts, and our AI providers are contractually barred from training theirs on them. Your prompts and the canvas context you connect are used only to generate your answer.

Can I cancel or downgrade any time?

Yes. You can cancel in the app or email support@fynca.io from your account email. Cancellation stops future renewals; your paid plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal. No retention call.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. Free includes a weekly AI allowance, 1 saved canvas, and every data source unlocked, with no credit card needed. Upgrade when you want more canvases and tickers or a bigger AI allowance.

How do I request a feature or data source?

Tell us on Discord or at support@fynca.io. The team building Fynca reads every message. We prioritize by how many people ask, product fit, and what data providers’ licenses allow. If something can’t be added, we’ll tell you why.
