1. What this Disclosure covers

Fynca includes features powered by artificial intelligence (the "AI Features"), currently: Chatsight (on-canvas AI chat that can read the nodes you connect), the Agent panel (Build and Ask modes that can create or read canvas content), Narrator (AI-generated audio briefings with synthetic voices), and other AI-assisted analysis features, including automated ratings, scores or written analysis of instruments. We may add, change or retire AI Features at any time.

2. You are interacting with AI, not a human

When you use an AI Feature you are interacting with an automated AI system, not a human being. AI Features are clearly labelled in the product, and Narrator audio is identified as AI-generated synthetic speech. AI Features are operated using large language models and speech models supplied by third-party providers; your prompts and relevant canvas context are processed as described in the Privacy Policy. We contractually require these providers to use such data only to provide the service to us and not to use your prompts or content to train their models.

3. Non-advisory nature

  • The AI Features provide information and education only.
  • The AI Features never tell you what to invest in. They do not and will not generate personalized buy, sell or hold recommendations, trade signals tailored to you, or investment advice of any kind, and nothing they output should be understood as such - regardless of how a response is phrased.
  • Their assistance is limited to: helping you navigate and use Fynca; explaining platform features and concepts; helping you understand financial instruments, markets and public data generally; and organizing, summarizing and visualizing information available in the Service. They do not provide portfolio management or financial planning.
  • AI outputs are impersonal and are not based on your personal circumstances. The AI Features are designed to decline requests for personal trading or investment recommendations, and you must not attempt to elicit, rephrase or otherwise prompt the AI Features into providing one. If any output nonetheless reads like a recommendation or advice - whether or not you prompted for it - it is unintended, does not represent our views or advice, and must not be relied on or treated as a recommendation. Any rating, score or price target an AI Feature produces is automated, general and the same for all users, and is educational information, not a personal recommendation or advice.
  • Always consult licensed professionals for advice tailored to your circumstances. The Financial and Market Data Disclaimer applies to all AI outputs.

4. Accuracy limitations

  • AI systems can misunderstand context, and can produce output that is inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased or fabricated ("hallucinations"), including misquoting figures that are correct in the underlying data, citing things that do not exist, or being confidently wrong.
  • Responses may be inconsistent: similar questions may produce different answers for different users or at different times.
  • AI outputs may rely on model knowledge with a cutoff date and on the data you connected, which may itself be delayed or erroneous.
  • Audio briefings are generated summaries and may omit or distort material details.
  • Verify any AI output against primary sources before relying on it; do not make decisions based solely on AI responses.

5. Use at your own risk

Any decision you make based on AI outputs is at your own discretion and risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, and without limiting non-waivable consumer rights, we are not responsible for the content, accuracy or applicability of AI outputs, and our liability is limited as set out in the Terms of Service.

6. Your responsibilities when using AI Features

  • Do not enter sensitive personal data (yours or anyone else's) into prompts.
  • Do not attempt to bypass safety guardrails, extract model prompts, or use AI Features to generate unlawful, infringing or manipulative content (see the Acceptable Use and Content Policy).
  • If you share AI-generated content outside the Service, do not present it as human-authored analysis in contexts where that would deceive, and retain the disclaimer where practicable.

7. Labelling and transparency

We label AI interactions and AI-generated content in the product: a persistent AI indicator on chat and agent surfaces, and an "AI-generated audio" label on Narrator content. Before you use an AI Feature for the first time - including the first time you open the Agent - we present this Disclosure (or a clear summary of it linking to the full text) in a distinguishable, interruptive notice, and you must acknowledge it before proceeding. Where required (including under EU AI Act Article 50 from August 2, 2026), these disclosures are provided no later than your first interaction and in a clear and distinguishable manner. We may re-present this Disclosure after material changes to the AI Features or to this Disclosure.

8. Feedback and error reporting

If an AI Feature produces content that is wrong, inappropriate or appears to be personal advice, report it to support@fynca.io. We may review reports and use them to improve our guardrails.

9. Changes and contact
